Serving Dinner at a Homeless Shelter Volunteering Event

Date: March 1, 2025
Location: Dallas, TX

Charities2Love volunteers served dinner via The Stewpot at The Bridge Homeless Recovery, a homeless shelter in downtown Dallas. During the one hour service, 242 clients were served. It was a truly humbling experience.

Hearts meet Hands STUDENT-LED Volunteering Event

Date: February 28, 2025
Location: Coppell, TX

A large group of middle and high school students from Uplift North Hills Preparatory School came together on a Friday after school to volunteer to make handmade cards and bracelets to support kids in foster care! Charities2Love is so appreciative of Hearts meet Hands, the student-led group including our liason Aman Roy, to organize such a thoughtful and well-planned volunteer event!

Granite CORPORATE Volunteering Event

Date: February 27, 2025
Location: Plano, TX

Granite team members came together to volunteer at the 2nd annual PB&J sandwich making event! Together they made over 725 sandwiches for Austin Street Center! Charities2Love is so appreciative for this wonderful collaboration to make a huge difference in our community.

Warming Hearts Volunteering Event

Date: February 1, 2025
Location: Coppell, TX

More than 60 Charities2Love volunteers came together and made 118 winter care packages, 203 hygiene kits, 325+ gallon sized snack bags, and created handwritten cards and decorated brown bags for Under My Umbrella. More than $1,500 worth of items were donated by Charities2Love for this drive!

Virtual Snack Bag Drive

Date: January 14-20 2025

Location: Dallas, TX

Incredible Charities2Love volunteers helped their neighbors experiencing homelessness by making snack bags at home! FIlled with multiple snacks, several drinks, and a handmade card, these volunteers brought nourishment and a smile to the recipients. Our nonprofit partners shared many sweet stories – see some in the pictures they have shared at the link below. Thanks to all of our volunteers!

Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) MLK Volunteer Event

Date: January 20, 2025

Location: Richardson, TX

Charities2Love volunteers took time out of their MLK holiday to serve at Feed My Starving Children! On this national day of service, they created 125 boxes filled with “Manna Packs” , which will provide 27.000 meals! A huge thank you to all of the volunteers!

AA IEBRG CORPORATE Volunteering Event

Date: January 23, 2025
Location: Fort Worth, TX

More than 90 American Airlines Indian Employee Business Resource Group volunteers came together and made 1200+ PBJ sandwiches, collected snacks., and wrote out heartfelt notes for those experiencing homelessness. This volunteering event was in honor of India’s Republic Day. All of the items were picked up by Austin Street Center in Dallas, TX. Read the details in the blog.

VIRTUAL VOLUNTEERING

Date: January 2025

Location: Virtual

Charities2Love‘s ongoing virtual volunteer opportunity had 3 volunteers make an enormous difference! They crafted bracelets with empowering messages and wrote out handwritten notes to women in domestic violence shelters. These bracelets will be sent to our charity partner, Hagar’s Heart, to be used in their “I See You” boxes.
