ENCOURAGE HEALTHY, OPEN DIALOGUE OF SOUTH ASIAN MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES IN AN EFFORT TO REMOVE STIGMA, IMPROVE AWARENESS AND PROMOTE SELF-CARE.

Provide safe spaces, educational resources, small group and art therapy, and encourage others to #SpeakUp about mental health in order to break the stigma in the South Asian community

Through their University Chapter Program, a grass-roots initiative aimed to organize college students around the mission of MannMukti

Through their blog, podcast, and other community awareness programs

19 University Chapters, including at the University of Texas at Dallas

Minimum age to volunteer: 18 years old

Support their fundraisers, listen to their podcast, share their stories and help them raise awareness and break the stigma about mental health issues
